1. OWRanks Platform users (Overwatch Boosters) Duties, Rights and Administration Penalties when using or looking forward to use our Service:

 

1.1 Duties of platform users:

 

1.1.1 Your position in Overwatch Competitive system should be above Top 500 as SR Booster and above 2000 SR as a Level Booster to start working with our platform.

1.1.2 The Overwatch account you provide with your application should be your main high-level account.

1.1.3 You have to be polite during your games on Customer’s Account. Causing ranked restriction (including mute) or any bans applied on Customer’s Account will lead to a cash penalty or even your suspension from platform.

1.1.3 Unprofessional behavior such as sensitive data sharing (e.g. account details, order information) with third-parties or any similar manner is not acceptable.

1.1.5 You should avoid using any third-party programs like hacks, scripts or any other apps which may lead to suspension of Customer’s Account.

1.1.6 You have to start working on an order in 15-60 mins after receiving the credentials for it or warn the support about the delay.

1.1.7 You have to complete the order taken as soon as possible in a reasonable time frame.

1.1.8 You are not allowed to use text or voice chats in-game or Battle.Net even if a person contacting you claims to be the customer.

1.1.9 You are not allowed to change In-Game Skins, open Loot Boxes, use Shop or access any other games on Customer’s Account.

1.1.10 To successfully report order completion you have to upload screenshot of the Customer’s Career Profile after your last match & include your credentials for the payment wave.

1.1.11 You have to be online on Skype when you are playing on the Customer’s Account to provide status updates upon the request.

1.1.12 You are not allowed to contact, chat or furthermore take any personal orders avoiding the platform. 

 

2.1. Administration Penalties:

 

2.1.1 Violation of the Employes duties may lead to return your account on a trial period, cash penalty (with the amount by the management’s discretion) or your suspension from the platform.

 

2.2. Rights of OWRanks platform users:

 

2.2.1 You have a right to receive a full payout of your OWRanks pending amount not less than once per month (excluding the part which may be delayed due to a trial period or cancelled due to violation).

2.2.2 You have a right to claim any orders that appear in our base (excluding orders what are limited while you are on a trial period).

2.2.3 You have a right to stop working on your current order by a request via Skype.

2.2.4 You have a right to directly contact us via Skype if you experience any issues during order completion.

 

3Termination

3.1.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

3.1.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or send a message via Skype to be removed from platform.

 

4Changes

4.1.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

4.1.2 By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
